Who manages the data

The Hall of Trade is run by DietroLeCrypto, the data controller. For any request about your data you can use the buttons in the tab Me (download data, delete account) or write to DietroLeCrypto on its official channels.

What's public in the hall

🔒 Total privacy: you're anonymous in the Hall. Every character has an automatically generated name that has nothing to do with your real name. Your OKX UID, your name, your email and your API key are never shown to anyone: the trades you see in the Hall can't be traced back to a person, unless they say themselves which character they are.

The Hall is all about showing trades: if you link your OKX account, everyone in the Hall sees:

• il tuo personaggio e il suo nome (assegnato a caso, non è il tuo nome vero);
• le posizioni aperte: strumento, lato, leva, dimensione in $, prezzo di entrata, TP, SL, prezzo di liquidazione, P&L;
• gli ordini limite e condizionali, lo storico dei trade chiusi, le statistiche, il capitale del conto e il rendimento;
• your leaderboard position and your moves in the live feed and in your followers' notifications.

They are never public: your OKX UID, your name, your email, your password and your API key.

What data we store and why

• OKX UID: to check that you were invited by DietroLeCrypto and have verified your identity (KYC), and to let you in. The check is done with the OKX affiliate API.
• Password: stored only in encrypted form (not reversible).
• Reactions (🔥 👏 😱 💀) you put on other people's moves: users only see the totals, not who reacted.
• Read-only OKX API key: salvata cifrata; serve a leggere posizioni, ordini, storico (fino a 3 mesi indietro) e capitale. Con una chiave in sola lettura nessuno può fare trade né prelevare. La chiave usata per "Entra con la chiave OKX" invece non viene salvata.
• Trading data read from OKX: those listed above, to show them in the Hall and calculate stats, leaderboard and milestones (e.g. "100 trades", "green week"), visible to all members on your profile.
• Character: name and look chosen on the creation page.
• Trade journal (notes and tags you write on your trades): only you can see them, they're included in the data export and are deleted with your account.
• Followed traders and notification subscriptions: to send you the notifications you asked for. With notifications on and an OKX account connected, every Monday you also get a summary of your week (we only record that it was sent). If you set a notification pause, we save the time window and how many notifications were held back.
• Price alerts: moneta e prezzo che scegli, per mandarti la notifica; quelli scattati si cancellano dopo 7 giorni, tutti con l'account.
• Journal reminder: se usi il diario e hai le notifiche attive, la sera un avviso con quanti trade di oggi non hanno nota; teniamo solo giorno e numero (per non mandarlo due volte), cancellati con l'account.
• Liquidation close: se hai collegato OKX e hai le notifiche attive, ti avvisiamo quando una tua posizione aperta arriva a meno del 10% e poi del 5% dal prezzo di liquidazione (anche con le notifiche in pausa); teniamo solo quale posizione e a che livello ti abbiamo avvisato, cancellato quando la posizione si chiude o con l'account.
• Stop loss reminder: se una tua posizione aperta da almeno 15 minuti non ha uno stop su OKX, una notifica (una sola volta per posizione; si spegne dal pannello notifiche). Teniamo quali posizioni abbiamo già segnalato e la tua scelta, cancellate con l'account.
• Today's limits: se fissi una perdita massima o un obiettivo giornaliero, li teniamo (privati, solo tu li vedi) per mostrarteli e avvisarti con una notifica; con l'account vengono cancellati.
• Evening recap: alle 23, se oggi hai chiuso trade e hai le notifiche attive, una notifica con il riassunto della tua giornata (si spegne dal pannello notifiche). Teniamo solo il giorno dell'invio, per non mandarlo due volte; cancellato con l'account.
• Winning streaks: if you follow a trader and have notifications on, we let you know when they reach 5, 10, 15… positive days in a row (calculated from their public daily results).
• Latest notifications: teniamo le ultime 30 notifiche mandate al tuo dispositivo (titolo, testo, ora) per mostrartele nel pannello notifiche; si cancellano con l'account.
• Good morning from the market: solo se lo attivi nel pannello notifiche, una notifica alle 8:30 con il mercato della notte e le tue posizioni; teniamo la scelta e il giorno dell'ultimo invio.
• Big move alerts: solo il fatto che li hai attivati (per mandarti la notifica); si spengono con un tocco e si cancellano con l'account.
• Technical cookies (session, device): they're only used to keep you logged in and remember who you follow. No advertising or profiling cookies.
• Language: on your first visit, your IP address is used only to suggest a language (Italian from Italy, English from other countries), using the database IP to Country Lite by DB-IP (licenza CC BY 4.0); non lo salviamo per questo. La lingua che scegli resta in un cookie tecnico («lang») e sul tuo account, per mandarti le notifiche nella lingua giusta.
• IP address: used to limit login attempts and recorded, as on any website, in the web server's technical logs, which are deleted on a rolling basis.

Legal basis

Publishing your trades in the Hall is based on your consenso, which you give when you sign up. The rest of the processing is needed to provide the service you ask for (account, notifications). You can withdraw your consent at any time: disconnect OKX (your trades disappear from the Hall) or delete your account.

Who else receives data

• OKX: the server calls the OKX API with your read-only key and with the affiliate API.
• Notification services of your browser or phone (Apple, Google, Mozilla), only if you turn on notifications: they receive the encrypted notification text.
• Google Fonts: the site's fonts are downloaded from Google's servers, which see your IP address.

The Hall's server is located in the European Union. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

For how long

As long as your account exists. If you disconnect OKX, the key is deleted right away. If you delete your account, we delete immediately and in full: key, trade history, activity, stats, character, follows, notifications and account. Only any server backups remain, and they get overwritten over time.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object, and receive it in a readable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). In the tab Me trovi Download my data (file JSON) ed Delete account. You can also file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
